The Music of Connecting To The Gap
This guided meditation is synergistically combined with Solfeggio frequencies, musical soundscape, and brainwave entrainment compositions by J. S. Epperson that facilitate the shifting of consciousness and deepening of whole brain states. Each of these sacred frequencies is said to possess special healing attributes, which are correlated to specific points in the guided meditation to create the ideal energetic shifts. Inspired by my understanding of alchemy, many aspects of the music were literally derived from the elements using filters and resonators. Melodies were derived from drops of water and wisps of wind while the resonances of air, fire and water morph into evolving atmospheric drones.
What is the Gap?
The Gap has to do with the Quantum Realm. It is a reference to the space between allowed expressions of matter, or the time lapse between events. By focusing on the Gap between events, thoughts, or expressions we can tap into the vast potential of the Quantum Realm.
This simple guided process is designed to help you connect to the Gap while in a more outwardly active state, with your eyes open. When you can learn to access the Gap regularly throughout your day, using the simple techniques in this audio, then you will begin to operate more regularly from a Quantum Conscious state. And from that state, miracles can happen!
This experience of the Gap is one that can be accessed frequently, in the space between moments, when we can bring ourselves to inward silence and stillness. The more you work with these techniques, the better you will get at it.

A Word of Encouragement: The combination of brainwave entrainment frequencies used in Connecting to the Gap are quite powerful.
